Looking at the body of Lori Braun's work, you will quickly see that she has a soft spot for "Lakers". This splendidly selected and cut "tongue cab" has all of the desirable characteristics of a Lake Superior agate. The iron rich, autumn colors are separated with waves of crisp white quartz. In 1969 the Lake Superior agate was designated by the Minnesota Legislature as the official state gemstone. A fantastic choice, indeed.
A simple, yet substantial crown created with a bezel, holds this distinctive specimen. It is sure to attract the envy of any other agate hunter and cause curiosity from those who are less familiar with "Lakers".
This pendant measures a whopping 2" long x 15/16" wide.
Of course, it is Minnesota made, by Laker lover, Lori Braun.
