Returns & Exchanges:

We thank you for the opportunity to serve you and ask that you make your selections carefully.  We have done our very best to represent the colors, textures, and sizes of each of our pieces of jewelry as accurately as possible on the website.BNOX is happy to answer any questions about fit or color by phone 715-279-1113 or email. Please email b@bnoxpepin.com 7 business days after receiving your order or purchasing a piece of jewelry to set up a return or exchange.

Jewelry must be unworn and in its original condition. BNOX Jewelry studio reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the jewelry is damaged or if you have not contacted us within 7 business days of receiving your order. 

We are reasonable jewelers and want you to be extremely happy with your purchase.  Please contact us in regards to any concerns.

• Lay-A-Way orders are not  eligible for return.

• Holiday gifts purchased between November 1st and December 24th may be exchanged or returned for store credit until January 21st.  Please note that the item is a gift when purchased.

Sales Tax  Wisconsin customers will be charged sales tax as determined by Wisconsin state law.
