Lori Braun's Fossilized Coral Drop and 14ky Earrings are stunning. The patterns and body color of fossil coral is quite distinct. Most agatized fossil coral exhibits a dull to waxy luster and interesting skeletal-like ancient coral patterns, most often appearing in flower shapes. When fossilized coral is cut and polished in cross sections the result is a monochromatic kaleidoscope.
Th color of this coral has light dusty and earthy pinks, and the contrast would be stunning against dark hair. Yet on a fair complexion, with hair pulled up and out of the way, the earrings elegance would shine. This earthy pink is not a seasonal summer pink, but an all year round wear.
A 14ky scroll at the tip of the drop accentuates the circular patterns of the fossilized coral below.
At 1.5", these earrings are showy, but light on weight and quite comfortable.
