This "one of a kind" by Lori Braun is gorgeous and at the same time neutral. The rutilated quartz has a array of gold colored rutile with a dark nucleus they radiate from. Sun or light on the rutile illuminates and articulates the depth of this magnificent specimen. The marvelous quality of most rutile is that it appears the rutile needles are self lit. Many specimens of rutile are liken to an extraordinary observation from the Hubble Telescope. Grab a magnifier, a cup of tea and spend a while exploring your own universe called rutile!
The rutile is set in a deep sterling bezel. From that bezel, there are 14KY textured extensions that appear as though the rutile extends beyond the bezel. The textured 14KY rays appear to be pierce the sterling bezel and come out the other side. From all angles, Lori the extended the visual lines of the rutile. Then as a galactical explosion, topped two of them with diamonds. One is a .04/ct radiated gold brilliant cut diamond and the other .005/ct white brilliant cut diamond. Both diamonds are set in 14KY bezels.
