This ring is stunning! The textured, matt finished, sterling bezel creates a delicate crown upon which the aquamarine is confidently set. Against the matte finish band, the high polish and textured 14KY bezel creates contrast and much interest. The bezel area measures 5/8" (approx. 16mm). The aquamarine is approximately 1/2" or 13mm.
The .025/carat bezel set is one of the three accents that asymmetrically and seemingly float around the aquamarine.
The gently tapering sterling band's width is 7.25 near the aquamarine and 6mm at the narrow.
Aquamarine is a medium light greenish blue color with some rather subtle natural striations. Under a microscope they are ghostly.
This ring size 7 1/2 + and is a "one of a kind".
