This sweet sterling ring containing a 6mm faceted Malaya Garnet surrounded by a 14ky bezel was created Andy Olive. Andy's ring design, reminiscent of a soft Celtic repetitive, woven patterns, could have easy been the prize bequest from Great Grandma. Soft hand carved interlocking patterns of sterling hold Andy Olive's hand faceted Malaya Garnet. The pattern continues rhythmically around the entire ring, becoming a looser twist on the underside of the ring. Like a soft vining stem, the delicate pattern and small design nuances will continually surprise you as you admire more closely.
This Malaya Garnet is tricky to photograph. The color changes significantly in different light. The orange tinged champagne pink turns to a deep watermelon pink/red in natural light. There are three additional photos. They are not glamorous, but show the difference of color this Malaya garnet
